T Shape 40x60 The Simulator Barn

The Simulator is a T-shaped sports barn designed around indoor golf, recreation, entertaining, and flexible training space. The dimensioned plan is approximately 60' wide × 40' deep overall, with roughly 59' × 39' of interior open space.

The design uses a dramatic T-shaped roofline with two glass-panel overhead doors, high transom windows, timber gable accents, decorative awnings, metal siding and roofing, and optional stone wainscot. The plan shows 12' plate heights with an approximate 20.4' ridge height.
